Now that I’m sitting on the other side of the table as an employer, I realize that a lot of people just don’t know what it takes to make it to the top. They have CEO and entrepreneurial dreams, but are totally clueless about what it really takes to run the show.
I know there are plenty of great people out there who have what it takes to reach the top, but lack the confidence and insights to get off the bench to make it happen.
